Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, Mike. We understand your frustration and we can assure you that we were very frustrated too. The system that is required for the state inspection went down halfway through the inspection, which caused data to be erased in your system temporarily. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control. We had to drive the vehicle additional mileage to get the computer in your vehicle to reboot and remember the data, which did take additional time on how long we had your vehicle. We have since gotten the emissions system fixed and we hope any future visits are much more positive and without hiccups.
