Had an appointment at 4:30 and had to stand in the heat by my car for about 15 minutes before an advisor could see me. Asked if I could wait right inside where it wasn't 100 degrees but was told no. My car wasn't ready until 6:20. Just seems like a long time for the service when I had an appointment. I think they just always over schedule or something because my husband and I both have had the same experiences. Now that I am paying for my oil changes and tire rotations, I see no need to visit the dealer again for this service. It's a waste of my time. More
