We do want to let you know that the coupon that was sent to you was actually from GM, and not from the dealership. We have let them know the problems that the coupons cause and we do apologize for the frustration, even though it is out of our hands. We do ask our customers to stay in or by their vehicles so we can check them in in the order they arrive. You are always welcome to stay in your vehicle with the AC on, rather than out in the heat! We also understand your frustration with the longer than usual wait times. We have adjusted our scheduling procedure and have drastically limited the walk in customer visits that largely caused the delay. We hope you will reconsider and give us another chance now that we have made these changes and provided additional information. Safe travels.

Thank you for sharing your opinion with us, Dean. If you only had an oil change done, we would actually agree with you that 90 minutes for an oil change is too long. However, you also got a tire rotation, multi-point vehicle inspection and battery check with your oil change. These are all services that you would not receive at a quick-lube shop, and it would also likely not be performed by a GM Certified Technician. We hope all of these additional services provide more of an explanation regarding why our standard wait time for oil changes/tire rotation package is 90 minutes and will hopefully provide a more positive experience going forward. We do also want to let you know that you have the option of dropping off your vehicle or using our shuttle services! Safe travels.

This was an oil change only. My tires are different sizes and can not be rotated. Just goes to show how the try to cover there ?sses. You need to be correct on your response and not cover it up.

We can assure you that we were not trying to "cover it up" that a tire rotation wasn't done as a result of having different sizes of tires. As the service is a package deal, it was not noted.
