Essentially allowing me to drive the vehicle over the weekend and let me get a feel of what my day to day would be like. Very good customer service all around My car's AC stopped working within 24 hours of purchasing it. I took it in and they fixed the issue and provided a nice car loaner. Stressful Loved Tony Palmer in the beginning, great guy but when I emailed him after I took possession of my vehicle with questions, he never responded to my em Loved Tony Palmer in the beginning, great guy but when I emailed him after I took possession of my vehicle with questions, he never responded to my email. The thing that really bothers me was how the process was done, I told Tony that it was not a done deal till I discussed financing, by then he had the truck washed and ready to go. You know your not suppose to speak bad about people, I will bite my tongue, the finance guy had an attitude when I told him that their interest rate was too high with my great credit. So I went to my bank and got a great interest rate. I came back to the dealership on Monday with the check, handed it to Tony, and we had to wait for the finance guy for over an hour. One of the things which almost squashed the deal was that all the paperwork said that we had a full GM warranty, and this was also advertised on the website, also advertised was the navigation system in the truck, where Tony came to me and said that the truck can not come with the warranty because of the aftermarket radio and navigation system which was advertised. I told Tony that I was very close to telling him to take the truck and sticking it.. The whole process from when I agreed to buy the truck to when I drove it home was about 4 to 5 hours, way too long. More

I started calling around looking for the car I wanted. reached out to Jen online at Jim Butler they did not have the car i was looking for but told me they would follow up if one came in. this was Monday. On friday evening I got a call from Scott Johnson. The car I was looking for just arrived a 2018 Cajun Red Cruze LT Hatchback. Scott and I talked about my experience at the other dealership he assured me this would not be the case at Jim Butler I agreed to come see the car Saturday morning at 9:00 Scott told me he had another appointment at 9:00 but he would make sure I was taken care of until he could help me. Sat Morning Morgan an I headed off to see the car we arrived and Scott came to meet me and get me a settled in with a cup of coffee the waiting area is very comfortable They had to bring the car up as it was still getting its delivery inspection done. The car arrived It was the car I wanted so the looked at my trade. we agreed on a fair value for the car and my trade and he ask if a salesman he was training could work up the paperwork Ethan Nolan was great got everything completed and sent the car for detailing while we finished up the financing. this was not a high pressure environment. we agreed on the financing after review of what the had to offer. signed the papers and Morgan has A new car to ride in. This was the best car deal I have ever done. It is not a question of will I return to Jim Butler but rather When.
