Really fast The entire process took mayby 3 hours. Terrible customer service I had an appointment scheduled for the morning of 11/19/2018, dropped off my vehicle with the assumption my vehicle would be headed into service the d I had an appointment scheduled for the morning of 11/19/2018, dropped off my vehicle with the assumption my vehicle would be headed into service the day of the appointment as anyone would figure, I was wrong. I was told it would be another 2 days before my vehicle would be serviced. I was very confused as I didn't understand what the point of dropping my vehicle off that day was then, as that's the purpose of the appointment. Of course I need a vehicle as it was a holiday weekend coming up, so I had to get a rental for those 2 days. 2 days pass and I received a call on 11/21/18 to my disappointment to let me know the service department didn't have the part in stock and it would be an additional 2 days I would be charged for the rental. At this point I don't feel I should be held accountable for the rental charge, it is not the customers fault that the part isn't in stock. Another 2 days pass and I receive another call on 11/23/18 informing me my car wouldn't be done until the following Monday after I was told it would be done before the weekend. Again, I'm required to pay for the rental for another 2 days that I shouldn't . At this point I've reached the point I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. I was charged 4 extra days for a rental that I don't feel I should have had to pay for. The customer should not be held accountable for circumstances created by the dealer. Terrible customer service. I had some issues with my Traverse after the warranty ran out. I luckily had an extended warranty but were unsure if the service would be covered.
