BRAKE LIGHT INSTALLATION We had our Cruz in for a service and the center brake light housing was cracked. When they finished with the repair the next day, they brought the Cruz to our house and picked up the loaner vehicle. Can't ask for better service!! More

Purchase of New Car We needed a new vehicle to replace my wife's 1997 Honda CR-V. After visiting the dealership for a few weeks, we saw a 2014 Ford Escape that was within We needed a new vehicle to replace my wife's 1997 Honda CR-V. After visiting the dealership for a few weeks, we saw a 2014 Ford Escape that was within our budget. We were also aware of the 2018 Cruze special being offered by GM, so we asked Dan to set up an appointment for us to drive both cars. After driving the cars, we felt solid about the Cruze. Although the dealership was technically closed for the evening, Dan and the business office staff worked with us on an offer for both vehicles that we could not refuse. Therefore, we drove off with two cars that are more dependable and affordable for us the next day! Dan was tremendous in helping us make the selection and finding a favorable deal. This is our seccond time to buy from Butler and the second time working with Dan. He has performed the 'hat trick' for our family within the last year. If we need another vehicle, we will be looking for Dan even if it may take ten years for a replacement! More

Dan and Robert, You are my Xmas list I saw the car I wanted and emailed the dealer. It was the middle of the night, but they were prompt in responding the next morning.
