car repairs For the most part your service is good.However,on 2 occasions I have had to return my car.In January the transmission fluid was changed.I was told the For the most part your service is good.However,on 2 occasions I have had to return my car.In January the transmission fluid was changed.I was told the car needed it.I got half way home and had to be towed back to the dealership.Last week I got my oil changed,went outside to leave and there was a big chip in the door handle.It was fixed at no charge to me.But that was 4 trips to the dealership.Every time I come there for service, I have to return.Doug Kircher was very helpful.Every one there that I talked to was very sorry about the trouble. But this is getting old.If I have this again I will take my car some where else. More
3 Tries is the Charm It took 3 visits, but Dalton got our truck cover lock installed correctly this time because the previous 2 locks were defective. Alex the manager helped us get the tonneau cover (another whole problem) but ignored us and wouldn’t answer our calls when we discovered defective locks had been installed on the cover TWICE! Thank you, Dalton, for your persistence and getting the job done! You are an asset to the service department. More

Our trade in amount was fair and the new 2018 Colorado price was better than anywhere in central Illinois. We love the truck and would definitely go back. More

Steve and (Morgan the service dog) recommend!!! A week earlier I was at another dealer they had a car I wanted but treated me poorly so I left. I started calling around looking for the car I wanted. reached out to Jen online at Jim Butler they did not have the car i was looking for but told me they would follow up if one came in. this was Monday. On friday evening I got a call from Scott Johnson. The car I was looking for just arrived a 2018 Cajun Red Cruze LT Hatchback. Scott and I talked about my experience at the other dealership he assured me this would not be the case at Jim Butler I agreed to come see the car Saturday morning at 9:00 Scott told me he had another appointment at 9:00 but he would make sure I was taken care of until he could help me. Sat Morning Morgan an I headed off to see the car we arrived and Scott came to meet me and get me a settled in with a cup of coffee the waiting area is very comfortable They had to bring the car up as it was still getting its delivery inspection done. The car arrived It was the car I wanted so the looked at my trade. we agreed on a fair value for the car and my trade and he ask if a salesman he was training could work up the paperwork Ethan Nolan was great got everything completed and sent the car for detailing while we finished up the financing. this was not a high pressure environment. we agreed on the financing after review of what the had to offer. signed the papers and Morgan has A new car to ride in. This was the best car deal I have ever done. It is not a question of will I return to Jim Butler but rather When.
