I was in to have two tires replaced. But I waited for 3 hours. Seemed a bit excessive. The quality of work is perfectly fine and I will continue to bring my vehicle here. 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is not good. TPS was defective and not in stock. Not good. Would have been there a lot longer if I hadn’t said something to the service advisor. good. My wife had an appoinment at 10. 30 to replace a tire .got there at 10.am .she didnt leave till 1.15 in the afternoon . Nobody bother telling her anything it would take this long they 30 to replace a tire .got there at 10.am .she didnt leave till 1.15 in the afternoon . Nobody bother telling her anything it would take this long they could have offer her a ride home. But nothing .we switch years ago from Bommarito . We problaby will be going back. I call to complain the next day and ask for the service manager to call me back .I believe we were due and explanation and or a discount for next time. More
