When first purchasing a vehicle at this dealership, they sold me a vehicle without the state and emissions. It ended up being taking care of when my vehicle was needing service ( transmission was having shu sold me a vehicle without the state and emissions. It ended up being taking care of when my vehicle was needing service ( transmission was having shuttering and hesitation and at times seems like it was slipping when accelerating) they change the fluids and the oil change. On the next oil change I service myself I notice the oil filter was bent and twisted. The lady told me that they got a shipment like that. Months down the road the vehicle was doing the same thing except the shuddering. I made appointment to have it checked out since I had a warranty under it as well as covering a rental. The rental person told me it would cost 50 a day to rent which I explain her on the warranty. She ended up saying everything is good so I was happy. Unfortunately since the mechanic didn't find anything wrong with the transmission, I had to pay out of pocket for the rental which I didn't have the money so I used my credit card. If I would of known or if they told me that I had to pay for the rental if no mechanical issues are found I would of just schedule a way of borrowing one of my parents vehicles. So now I'm out off 400 dollars and with the truck doing the same thing. More

The whole process from start to finish went as smooth as anyone could ever ask for. From dropping my vehicle off the day before, Emily calling and making sure all points of interest were being addressed, to anyone could ever ask for. I had an appointment for Monday afternoon and no one looked at my truck until Wednesday afternoon for the warranty work I had done. Then I had a oil change and tire rotation. first about 5 years ago when I got an inspection they used a utility knife to get inspection sticker off windshield and cut my tint film and said there not responsible to replace window tint. ok fast for used a utility knife to get inspection sticker off windshield and cut my tint film and said there not responsible to replace window tint. ok fast forward 2,3 months ago and charge me to reattach roof drip trim that didn't hold down with adhesive it lasted 10 miles and 2 days. I take car back and still incompetent or inexperienced service performed I told them if they fly off on highway and cause accident and kill someone that it's on them. More
