Couldn’t believe I couldn’t get a call back from the service provider for an update on my Yukon. Finally after 6 calls he called back with an attitude and all I wanted was an update. I am SO GRATEFUL that Rebecca has been my Service Advisor. I called her desk while I was out of town in Louisville, Kentucky for business. My car had issues, and I notified her about it. SERVICE. She’s professional, she’s polite…give her a raise, give her a promotion. She truly makes my experience at Jim Butler Chevy a excellent time! AND THANK YOU TO THE MECHANIC(S) WHO SERVICED MY CAR. I have a niece that 1.5 years old and a 4 month old nephew. Their safety is ALWAYS my top priority, and I can’t help but worry about my car. Take it in to service they had to separate the bed of my truck from the cab & still didn’t fix the issue. Took it in for diagnosis & they said they needed it for 48 hours to figure out what it wrong with it. Assessment only took an hour. Then they didn’t call me back within 48 hour time frame. They were rude too. My sales guy was amazing, but the dealership & service dept is terribly poor. They took the back seat out to assess the broken latch in the rear seat (on my brand-new 2022 truck) and put it back in totally filthy & returned it to me like that.. I could go on but you get the point. Very poor. More
The only issue I had was I asked for an alignment, I was told it was fine. The following day I got tires at NTB. The alignment was checked prior to tires and it was out quite a bit.
