When a vehicle comes into our service department for a request other than routine maintenance it is required to see a journeyman tech. Our journeymen are currently out about 3-5 days. We do have to drive the vehicle to reproduce your concern. Our records do not indicate that you requested an oil change. We apologize it that was missed. I didn’t request a oil change but my paperwork stated the oil was changed when it was not.
