We dropped our car off on a Sunday evening to have a "shift to park" message checked. It turned out our car needed a new "shift to park" sensor. It too 9 days to do this!! 7 weekdays. Unacceptable. More

Our records indicate that your signed a VALUE VEHICLE DISCLOSURE. This disclosure states that the vehicle in question "does not meet Jim Butler Certified used car requirements and the vehicle may need repairs. It's full condition is unknown. all repairs and the cost of the repairs are the responsibility of the customer." Additionally, you signed a WE OWE form that states nothing promised or nothing owed. Lastly, no warranties or service contracts were purchased. This is why we sell warranties because we don't know when a vehicle will fail. We truly hope that this information has been helpful and that we can be of service to you again in the future.

Your appointment time is set aside for you to speak with your service advisor to set a game plan for your vehicle while it's in our care. From there your vehicle waits for the next appropriate service technician. In your case your vehicle was in line to see a journeyman technician. Currently our journeyman techs are a few days behind on our normal projected time frame and we are diligently working to improve this.
