Normally good service, but not this time. Had a problem with rear right blinker. Said they fixed it, but on the way home, same problem. Told them it was right blinker, they replaced left side tail light with rear right blinker. Said they fixed it, but on the way home, same problem. Told them it was right blinker, they replaced left side tail light housing saying it had moisture in it. Obviously didn't fix the right side blinker. More

Poor job of length of time for visit. Told it would be ~ 2 hrs. Stayed in wait room. After 2 1/2 hrs , questioned Andrew about. Stated the oil change and tire rotation was done but they hadn't started on r 2 hrs. Stayed in wait room. After 2 1/2 hrs , questioned Andrew about. Stated the oil change and tire rotation was done but they hadn't started on recall. Would be another 2 hrs. After ~5 hr wait truck was ready. They should of looked at recall first. I drove 2 hrs to bring truck in. Had an afternoon planned to meet old friends for lunch but had to cancel. Had I known in beginning I would have not stayed and waited. My wife who stayed with me was furious. Probably not coming back to Jim Butler. More
Brought our 2020 Traverse in because it was making an awful noise from the rear. Sounded like bad brakes but it was hard to imagine since the Traverse only had 7500 miles on it. Horrible service, longggg wait time to get vehicle serviced let alone even looked at. 11 days to look at 16 days to get vehicle back when I was told 5-7. Also Jim Butler tried to over charge me twice serviced let alone even looked at. 11 days to look at 16 days to get vehicle back when I was told 5-7. Also Jim Butler tried to over charge me twice one of them being them adding an extra hour of labor for no reason. I know a mechanic at a GM dealership and I know how many hours the job called for and and once called them out they corrected it but that is totally unprofessional and that is theft. Horrible running business and dishonest in every aspect of business. More
