In for a 730am emissions test, 12 minutes to 30 min at most, it took over 1hr and 45 min. I request early appointments well in advance so I can leave early. More

Thank your for your feed back. We do apologize that your experience did not live up to your expectations. Please allow me to better explain your process at Jim Butler Chevrolet. Your appointment time is to meet with your service advisor to get an exact game plan for your vehicle. Check in and triage if you will. From there, your vehicle gets in line for the next appropriate service advisor. We are doing our best to meet every one's demands while still being fair to all of our customers. We are doing our best to keep up with the high demands of our customers. We are doing things such as hiring additional service techs, building additional service bays, revamping our scheduling procedures, and incentivizing customer wait times. We do hope that our efforts are evident in future visits.

Still waiting for my car. Picked it up after oil change, tire rotation and balance 15k mileage service. Drove to Arnold parked an hour later left Arnold and check engine light came on. Drove back to Jim butler. They took my car came back 30 min utes gave me car, I drove to the bluffs and check engine light came on. Turned around went back. Got a loaner left my car. Monday got a call telling me my under turbo has issues. Ok well I never had any check engine lights or acceleration issues or any issues period until my service. It’s cover under warranty. Good deal because it still had no problems before service. Wednesday Andrew called told me my car is finished. That he is off on Thursday and someone would call me Thursday morning g he wanted them to test drive it and clean it up before I pick it up. I called him butler service at 2pm. They couldn’t find my car said they would call me back. called me 20 min later told me no one has test driven it yet and they would call me when it was done. Well now it’s been over 36 hrs since Andrew said my car was finished. I just called again and left Andrew a voicemail. It’s 1015 am Friday. Where is my car and what is going on!! Thank you!! I picked up my car around 430pm 8/27. Originally I set an appointment for 8/21 at 1015am. I got there about 930am. Trouble started after Jim Butler game me vehicle back. Miles when I dropped off my vehicle for oil change and tire rotation and 15k mile service was 22940. As I stated in my first post I drove my vehicle to Arnold parked, went to leave Arnold an hour later and when I started my car the check engine light came on. I took my car back they did something. Gave me my car back I drove less than 3 city blocks and check engine light came on again. So I turned around and drove it back to Jim Butler. Mileage at time of retuning my car to Jim Butler was 22961. So that’s covers mileage to Arnold and then back around to Jim Butler. So tell me WHY when I picked up my car today the slip says “Customer states that the check engine light is on. VEHICLE TOWED TO SHOP????????????” My vehicle drove just fine before my service. My check engine light came on after it was serviced. I DROVE MY CAR BACK to have you correct what ever happened from the time I dropped it off to the time I picked it up. I paid $393.17. How was my car considered towed when I drove it in. How was my car done when I dropped it off but wasn’t after I picked it up and why was I going. To be charged again when I came back to pick up my car this last time. I was without my vehicle for 6 days due to something and it wasn’t anything I did. So I want to know what happened. Thank you
