I had my 2017 Trax towed to Jim Butler based on a mechanics recommendation for repairs that needed to be completed at a dealership due to warranty coverage. It is my fault for not researching before, but I have NEVER dealt with such unresponsive service advisors. I was told that I would hear back from an advisor on Monday and when I hadn’t heard anything around noon on Tuesday I had to call for an update. The advisor said he must’ve dialed my phone number incorrectly and left a message with the wrong number. The following day I was told that phones weren’t working. I did finally talk with a Rebecca, I believe, that was very kind and helpful. Kim was rude and abrupt when I would ask for updates since my vehicle sat for over a week before it was looked at. Again, my fault for not doing my due diligence and researching, but definitely was expecting more based on previous experiences with other Chevy dealers. Will not take my car there for service again or purchase from Jim Butler based on this experience. More
Had a appointment for a vehicle with a small oil leak that was under warranty. It took them 1 week to even look at the car and another 4 days to get parts and fix the leak.
