We had an appt for our car in June 3 . So we brought it in and talked to our serviceman who was assigned to us his name was Dan we explained what the car was doing he said he would look into the situat in and talked to our serviceman who was assigned to us his name was Dan we explained what the car was doing he said he would look into the situation . We left feeling fine in this . Well a week went by and we did not hear from Dan so we decided to drive up and find out what is going on when we walked JB we were told that Dan was not working there anymore and we were assign someone new Mike Johnson as our serviceman so again we went thru everything again about the car granted the car was still under warranty. Every time we called them or went in to talk to them we asked for a car rental we were always told they had none available that we were put in on a list 2 weeks later we were told we needed a new transmission but you had no transmission in stock for us . Again we would call or go in Mike was not available to talk or he was not there he would not call us back . In July 1 he did call us saying our car was done to come in to get it . The whole month we were never able to get a car rental which really disgust me that they could not supply and maybe make a deal with Enterprise leasing . To deal with this situation. I feel the whole situation could of been a whole lot better than it was . We have taken our car since we bought it from you for all services oil changes etc. give me a reason to come back we are loyal to Chevrolet but maybe not to Jim Butler . More

Appt made for Monday, 12:45, 8 days later car finally returned. Not liked at or assessed until day 7. Poor service!!!!no communication, had excuse blamed in COVID. A ring on one of the rims was crushed and making my truck vibrate as if it were coming apart starting at 45 mph and at 65 it was extremely uncomfortable. They did correct the issue but one of my rims in particular is scratched up terribly and they’re aren’t cheap rims. More
Was told to be there 8:15, truck wasn't taken back until 9. I'm sure there are reasons but doctors are even faster. Don't know maybe having a quick lube bay could speed things up? Mike Johnson always takes cares of me and takes the time to answer all the questions I have. I feel you are lucky to have such a great team member working there.
