The dealership receipt that was giving to me by the cashier provided prices for all of the services performed, but it did not add up to what I paid. When a dealership survey representative called me and asked about my experience at the dealership I explained that frequently the receipts given to me after the work is performed are complicated and often don't add up and total the actual amount I paid. After I made this complaint a Jim Butler Service Manager called me to explain it to me. However, he was also unable to make the service charges add up to the total amount I paid. He told me that he would find out and get back to me. However, he did not. He never called me back. Which was frustrating. I'm starting to wonder if the Jim Butler service department adds additional money into all of the services they perform thinking that the customers won't notice. I go to a dealership thinking I'm getting "better" service but in the end you wonder if you got ripped off. This definitely leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Frustrated and disappointed. More
