Jim Butler Chevrolet - Service Center

I was not very happy with the length of time they had my truck. Dropped it off on Wednesday and they didn't even look at it until the following Tuesday. I use my truck every day for my business so it was a truck. Dropped it off on Wednesday and they didn't even look at it until the following Tuesday. If it was going to take almost a week for them to even look at it, I could have brought it back in when they had a technician that could actually work on it. Hopefully, if any additional dealership service is required it will be in a more timely manner. More

They were great to me and I even referred my Mom to go there and buy a new car. They let me know when one came in for her and she went and bought it.
