Thank you for your feedback, Brian. We're sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your recent experience with us. We looked back at your history and the kit that you purchased was a leveling kit, not a lift kit. The leveling kit lifts the front end to make it level across the bed, rather than having the nose of the vehicle lower than the back. With the kit being put on we do an alignment on the vehicle, but if your vehicle is pulling we are more than happy to take a look at it to make sure your alignment is good.
