Thank you for your feedback, Brian. We understand your frustration and we we apologize for not providing the level of customer service we are known to provide. While we are not in control of what GM determines to be normal operation, we are in control of how we treat our customers. We wanted to reach out to you as well because the day after you visited us, GM released a bulletin regarding the rattle that you experienced at idle. This gives us hope that GM now has a solution to what was previously considered normal operation. When you come in for that, we would be happy to detail your truck in attempts to make up for your last visit. Please reach out to us and to set up an appointment to come back in so we can address the rattle at idle if you would like us to do so.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, Mark. We do apologize for the longer than usual wait time for your oil change package. Our normal wait time for this service is 90 minutes, but our high volume of customers unfortunately resulted in longer than usual wait times on the day you visited us. We are constantly working improve wait times for our customers and have cut back on scheduled appointments to attempt to rectify this problem. We hope your future visits with us are faster and more pleasant.
