Was lied to I was specifically told that a part was there for a recall and I made an appointment and a special trip just to find out that the part was not in. I gave the service manager an offer to make up for my wasted time and miles and he didn't even answer or return my message from my 1st call and then didn't take my offer to make it right after my second call. I really would like to hear from someone that gives a hoot about their customers so I can explain in full detail. More
The techs do a great job from start to finish. I roll in, they greet me, get to work on my car and had me out the door in about 50 minutes. Unnecessary Work Done My wife took my car in because I was having severe knee pain.Car was to have recall work and oil change and tires rotated.Service advisor said I neede My wife took my car in because I was having severe knee pain.Car was to have recall work and oil change and tires rotated.Service advisor said I needed 30,000 mile service.My mileage was 28,800 she said I needed oil sludge removal and piston cleaning.None of that is required at 30,000 miles.She took advantage of my wife not knowing what the 30,000 service that was needed.Have taken all of my cars to your dealership for service on my Corvettes on my Blazer but I will now reconsider using you in the future after spending $300 that wasn’t needed. More

5 Days in service Dept for routine service I made an appointment for recall repairs and to have trailer brakes looked at. I was told later in the afternoon on the day that I brought the vehicle I made an appointment for recall repairs and to have trailer brakes looked at. I was told later in the afternoon on the day that I brought the vehicle in that they couldn't look at the trailer brakes for a day or two. That a specialist would have to look at this problem. They should have notified me of that when I made the appointment. When I came to pick up the vehicle 5 days later they demonstrated the trailer brake diagnosis procedure to me.. They plugged a device into trailer connection on bumper and activated the brakes. This took all of two minutes. I waited 4 days and paid $155.00 for this 2 minute test. I would rate service lower but the tech. took time to show me how test was performed. More
