Thank you for your feedback, Tim. We're sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with the free diagnostic and expedited repairs that we did to your vehicle in an attempt to assist you. The first time you came in for the recall, the part to complete the repair was on back order. However, if you continue to drive without having a dealer cut one of the cords, it causes significant damage to your truck. This is why we still had customers come in as soon as possible even though the part was on back order. When you came in to complete the recall, we made sure to get your vehicle done as quickly as possible and ended up completing the repairs ahead of schedule by putting your vehicle on priority. When you were here for your second visit we also performed the diagnostic for the coolant light that your vehicle was experiencing. This would have normally be a cost of $155. We hope this additional information helps to put you more at ease regarding feeling that we didn't care. We absolutely do care about our customers and we're sorry our attempts to help were not enough to show you that. Every single one, regardless of sex, race, creed, etc. We are here to build repeat business, not take advantage of people, especially in these uncertain times. We recommended the services that we did because we had not previously seen this vehicle in our Service Department. With no history on the vehicle at approximately 30,000 miles, we recommend inspecting and performing necessary services that may not have been done prior. If the vehicle has not been serviced prior to us seeing the vehicle, it does need the services we recommended. Thank you for your feedback, Gary. We understand your frustration that the repairs to your vehicle took longer than you expected. We did not let you know that we would need a Journeyman technician to look at your truck at the time of the appointment because we didn't know that would be the case. There are often quick repairs that we are able to have a non-Journeyman technician look at that do not result in such a delay. We do want to let you know that the diagnostic that was shown to you was not the only diagnostic technique that was used. We spent a long time testing out all other possible components that could have failed, especially since nothing could be found that was wrong. Thank you for your feedback and your business, Steve. We're sorry to hear that you did not get enough communication regarding your radiator. We wanted to let you know that your radiator needed to be replaced because where the plastic and the aluminum come together on the side of the radiator had started to seem. This leak is not something that could just be repaired, so it needed to be replaced. While we do understand that this may be a surprise for a 2017 truck, the higher than normal mileage for the year was likely a contributing factor. 78,xxx miles on a 2017 vehicle is about double what would be considered normal mileage.
