Mike Collins did a great job helping us get our new truck. We new exactly what we wanted and what we wanted to pay and Mike was able to get the deal done! Mike has continued to provide great service after the sale. We accepted our truck at night and three weeks later noticed a small scratch on one of the tow hooks. Mike worked with the parts department to get another one ordered and the service department installed it at no charge. They're shuttle driver Marvin even took me to IHOP while I waited. The whole Jim Butler team has strived to make sure our experience was first class. You guys have exceeded every expectation and have truly earned this 5 star review (I'm a tough customer). This was our second appointment to get a simple oil change. The first time they told me it was a four hour wait even though I had an appointment. I left and did not want to return. My husband decide change. The first time they told me it was a four hour wait even though I had an appointment. I left and did not want to return. My husband decided to go for me. He made an earlier appointment and still wAited approx 2 hours. It is not worth the free oil change. We are in the market for a new Suburban and will not go to Jim Butler. The wait for service is ridiculous even though my sales experience was excellent. It is simply inexcusable to have to wait so long when an appointment has been made. More

I was checked in instantly and in a few minutes was escorted to a service technician. Everything was explained and I was kept in the loop on when my car would be ready. Great and very fast staff and service We arrived at 7:30 AM. I minutes the staff had all of the paperwork filled out including the forms for the loaner. I didn't even get all the way through describing the problem to Mike Johnson and he knew exactly what it was ans what they would do to fix it. We were out in less than 20 minutes. We got home a few hours later and had a call from Mike telling us the car was fixed and waiting for us. Every time we've gone to Jim Butler, Mike has made the service a real easy experience, he"s a major asset to the dealership. More
