Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, Cindy. We do apologize for the longer than usual wait time for your oil change package. Our normal wait time for this service is 90 minutes, but our high volume of customers unfortunately resulted in longer than usual wait times on the day you visited us. We are constantly working improve wait times for our customers and have cut back on scheduled appointments to attempt to rectify this problem. We wish you safe travels.

My first appointment was even worse. When i arrived it took about 39 minutes until they told me my wait would be over 4 hours! I had an appointment for that visit as well. I live 30 minutes away and this is a real issue for us. I wasn’t there that long when I purchased the vehicle!
