As I discussed with your wife, we did try to get Ally (your extended warranty company) to waive your diagnostic charge because your visits for this problem were in close time proximity to each other. We truly tried to help you so you wouldn't have to pay that deductible. We also provided paperwork and advocated for you to Ally after the fact, in the hopes that they would help your family, as their customer, more than they would for the dealership. We even advocated for you to GM and got you assistance for the replacement/repair of your transmission where they would cover about 40% of the cost.
