We do apologize for the longer than usual wait time for your oil change package. Our normal wait time for this service is 90 minutes, but our high volume of customers unfortunately resulted in longer than usual wait times on the day you visited us. We are constantly working improve wait times for our customers and have cut back on scheduled appointments to attempt to rectify this problem. We hope your future visits with us are faster and more pleasant.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Paula. We apologize that there was not more communication from your Service Advisor. The day before Thanksgiving we were extremely busy, which did cause some delays in getting work completed. When you picked up at 2pm, we were still working on completing the recall. We understand that it may have looked like your Service Advisor was just playing on his phone. We want to assure you that was likely not the case. Service Advisors do use their phones to contact customers and complete other tasks throughout the day. We wish you safe travels and apologize that your visit left you with a negative impression of us.
