Very disappointed. I had an appointment at 11:00 for a oil change and tire rotation it took three hours. I also order a extra fob and key of course the key did not come I had an appointment at 11:00 for a oil change and tire rotation it took three hours. I also order a extra fob and key of course the key did not come in they said I would have back for that they quoted me a price on the phone for the fob and the key which was a lot higher after I got there. Very disappointed with your service. More

Efficient service I went for a recall repair and it was taken care of quickly and efficiently. CAR WOULD NOT SHIFT OUT OF 1ST GEAR I called to take my 2017 Camaro in because i was getting on the highway and it would not shift out of 1st gear. I pulled over and turned it off and ba I called to take my 2017 Camaro in because i was getting on the highway and it would not shift out of 1st gear. I pulled over and turned it off and back on and the same. I was stranded on the highway in the dark for about 20 minutes and i tried again and it drove like normal but the check engine light came on. My 19 year old son used his code reader on it and it came up P0700 transmission control system. They told me they couldn't get to it until the following Wednesday. About 2 days later the light went off but i still took it in. My husband signed the paperwork about how much the diagnostics would be if not under warranty and of course we would be responsible for the rental if not under warranty. They called on the 14th and left a message to drive the rental another day. Again on the 15th they left a message and said they would be keeping it over the weekend. Monday morning they left a message it was ready. The service person was very ignorant about the fact that i got billed for everything. When i tried to show him the code on my phone he cut me off and said "let me say what i have to say then you can tell me what you want to say". If someone had given me a heads-up that it looked like it wasn't a warranty repair i would have given the rental back. They went on to do "complimentary" tire rotation, battery cleaner, and a couple of recalls. Meanwhile i get charged for a rental. This is the 2nd new car in 3 years and it will be the last. I looked up the code and it is a known issue. They had no business doing anything "complimentary" while i am paying for a rental and then it says on the bill that they couldn't verify my complaint. 46000 miles on a vehicle there shouldn't be anything not covered when you sit on the side of the highway. Also, i put it thru a carwash before i dropped it off and it was filthy when i picked it up. Terrible customer service!!!!! I still say the transmission has never been right from day 1. They changed the fluid when it was fairly new. Pretty sure they are aware there is a problem. More

Help needed because of problems with newly purchased vehicle * SD card was not installed when we purchased new vehicle. The technician fixed this. * Unlike our previous vehicle, onstar in the 2019 Malibu does * SD card was not installed when we purchased new vehicle. The technician fixed this. * Unlike our previous vehicle, onstar in the 2019 Malibu does not work in the country area where we live, because GM changed from satellite to AT&T towers. Service dept could not fix this. * The seatbelt cannot be adjusted when needed. It goes across my neck instead of staying at the shoulder position. Service dept said there was nothing they could do. I later purchased a Seatbelt Strap Adjuster online. GM should offer this accessory to buyers, if they are not going to install some kind of adjustment in the car. * We asked the service dept to check the headlights, and were told the lights are adjusted correctly. As they are, the headlights cast a shadow ahead of the vehicle. This gives the illusion there is an object in the road, and is very distracting. It is especially bad when going around curves or down hills. Bottom LIne -- are we evaluating the people in the service dept or the car? I suppose the people did as much as they could, but the car seems to have several flaws, compared to other Chevrolets we have owned. *Regarding the salesman, Brian seemed to make every effort to find a car that met our needs, but it turns out he really did not know much about the vehicle. He did not tell us that GM recommends premium gas for the Malibu, as stated in the owner's manual; or that onstar is no longer provided by satellite. Both of these things are very important to us. More

Recall I brought my 2018 Chevy Trax in for a recall, a repair to the seat base and an oil change/tire rotation.
