Repeat radio issues I have had my 2019 Colorado in 5 different occasions for the radio freezing up and volume randomly turning up all of the way. As of 10-3-19 I still ha I have had my 2019 Colorado in 5 different occasions for the radio freezing up and volume randomly turning up all of the way. As of 10-3-19 I still have no answers and since GM is on strike I'm stuck with this issue even longer because the dealership can not get in touch with them. More

Took way too long I bought my car from this dealer 2.5 years ago. I loved my sales team!!! I recently made an appt for a transmission check (under warranty) and an oil I bought my car from this dealer 2.5 years ago. I loved my sales team!!! I recently made an appt for a transmission check (under warranty) and an oil change. Not only were they extremely backed up, they did not tell me they couldn’t look at the transmission due to it not being a nissan certified repair facility. I made the appt online and they could’ve told me that ahead of time so I didn’t make a special trip out there. I was waiting for 2 hours before I went to ask for some updates (no one ever said anything to me before this) and it was still being worked on and they asked me to wait 20 more minutes. After another hour went by I started to become agitated. I spoke to 3 different service advisors before someone could get me an answer and help me. It’s absolutely ridiculous to wait that long with an appointment for a tire plug and oil change. I will not return nor will I recommend. More

Horrible experience I have two Trax that I bought brand new. My wife dropped hers off at 8am she is just now leaving car not done till Monday, no loaner car after it’s b I have two Trax that I bought brand new. My wife dropped hers off at 8am she is just now leaving car not done till Monday, no loaner car after it’s been there all day including 6 hours of waiting for a pipe on the coolant system to be replaced that wasn’t covered by the warranty that was still good. I took my other Trax in to be serviced because the seat is stuck which I paid to be serviced already and was told they cannot only fix it this time without me paying for diagnostic but tried to upsale me an oil change and a battery. I then took my car elsewhere to get the oil change because Jim Butler is now on my xxxxxxx list and I was told that the bolt on my oil pan was stripped and guess who was the last people to work on it, you guess it Jim Butler. I then take it back to get the plug replaced which they do and I still get charged for the oil change when good customer service would have been to replace the plug and comp the oil change!, since you needed to change the plug that you stripped, but nope They are money hungry and have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and after buying two cars from them the same year I will never buy another Chevy again!!!! More
