We did attempt to diagnose any problems with your vehicle during your 7/30/19 visit, but everything was operating normally with your vehicle. We're not sure what you think we lied about o r were otherwise dishonest with you about. On your 10/17/19 visit, the repairs that we suggested and performed were the solutions to the problems, as was indicated by GM. If these did not fix the problems, we are happy to take another look for you. No need to it’s always the same when I come back nothing changes and ultimately it could be certain workers and just not one of their good days at work. I will say you go in for a oil change/tire rotation and you have a appt to wait it shouldn’t take up to three hours. It also be nice when your at the cashier and you ask to see the sheets to what your paying for and they ignore you I have an issue with that too. It also be nice to know how the Nitrogen program works for people who pay for that service to be done on there tires.
