CHARGE YOU FOR A "LOANER VEHICLE" Took 2018 Silverado in to have 2 tires replaced and 2 rims repaired. Was told they would need to order the tires so I'd have to pick truck up next day Took 2018 Silverado in to have 2 tires replaced and 2 rims repaired. Was told they would need to order the tires so I'd have to pick truck up next day but could take what I was led to believe was a loaner truck. Shortly after I left, Mike (service advisor) called me to inform me it would be Monday before they could get to my truck bc their rim repair guy wasn't available until then. I pick my truck up Monday (rim look fantastic BTW) and I'm charged $140 for 4 days in their "rental vehicle". First of all I was told my truck would be ready next day...the delay was their issue not mine. Secondly what kind of greedy business would stick one of their clients up with $140 bill for a rental when the client just spent $1000+ with them. Placed two calls to Mike Johnson (service advisor) and neither voice mail message was returned! I'll NEVER be back and disputing the $140 charge with my credit card company. More
Car parked in last parking spot by entrance/exit When I was told my car was ready and out in front, I could not find it because it was parked so far away. I am in my 70's with bad knees so this was not a good customer service experience for me. I will not be back. More
Butler Service The service was very good and everyone was very friendly and helpful. It wasn't a bad experience, but it just wasn't as smooth as it had been previously, and the paper mat was still in place when I picked up my truck. Not sure if that is a routine or not. More

Rotate tires & 15K checkup I brought my Bolt EV in for tire rotation and regular check. I dropped it off early and the Service Department was able to work on it earlier than the I brought my Bolt EV in for tire rotation and regular check. I dropped it off early and the Service Department was able to work on it earlier than the appointment, which was helpful. All good. On a seperate note: I live behind the Butler Chevy facility, down the hill. The security "speaker" is a bit load during off hours. If you could turn it down a bit or aim the speakers off to the side, it would be helpful. I know you have had a problem with vandalism and understand the need for it. It goes off about once an hour sometimes, so maybe it is picking up motion from the wind. More

Poor Communication My appointment time was basically a time for me to get there and start waiting. Little to no communication about how long it would be unless you chased down your appointed service manager and asked them. When asking the question about why I even made an appointment, they just seemed annoyed and didn't offer any sort of explanation. More
