She told me all my pricing information up front, and was a pleasure to work with. She didn’t realize how long the wait would be (not her fault( so after a few hours of waiting she checked and they told her 1 more hour. She offered me a shuttle ride back home (wish I’d have know about the shuttle sooner!). My car ended up not being ready for an additional 3 hours so I’m glad I took her up on the offer. The shuttle driver was very kind and professional as well. All in all, a good experience, other than the long wait. More

Kim H was very quick to help us and stayed in very prompt contact with us as the car was looked at, as they checked the warranty and as the service was done. They made sure that the work was covered under warranty and took care of everything very quickly. No one was able to diagnose the issue In the car up to this point, so we were very happy to see them diagnose it with a possible ECU problem and replace the ECU. The car is running great now and we haven't had any issues with it. More

Take time to listen and explain! I had taken our car to a local shop and our issues were not entirely resolved. They provided a bullitn that described our problem but it involved a co I had taken our car to a local shop and our issues were not entirely resolved. They provided a bullitn that described our problem but it involved a computer re-flash and they could not do that. So I brought it to you and immediately both the scheduler and our service rep told us that because the bullitin did not apply to our VIN that this was not the issue. I was very frustrated heading to a shop again and I don't feel the service rep took the time to listen to what I was trying to tell them and then explain to me in a manner where it made sense why a different approach was needed. Then I get a call that part of the fix would be a new thermostat. I had already had it replaced it at the last shop! I asked did they check it and was told no - the code said change it so they change it. So I'm basically told that codes dictate 100% of the work that is done and that you don't use them as a tool to guide you to a solution. Sounds like a system that just leads to throwing parts at a car. I then went back to ask about the computer issue and if that was ruled out. I was told no. Why would you not want to listen to a customer and help me understand what the problem is and rule out other possibilities. Just an awful experience all around. NEVER coming back to Butler again. Had the conversations gone well, perhaps I would. But when I'm treated like a number to get to and it's just taken for granted that most people just drop their car off and get done whatever you recommend, I want nothing to do with it. I don't deal with car repairs daily and I was treated like an idiot for not just listening to the service rep. More

After the body shop had my truck Email sent to Mike Gray: Hi Mike, Just wanted to raise my experience to you about getting the truck paint repaired. After the body shop had my truck for a week, when I picked it up I immediately had concerns. First, the condition of my truck was worse picking it up than when I dropped it off- I really expected a spotless, brand new truck. The first thing I noticed was the "rubbing compound" or whatever they used when buffing was flung all over the truck and was not cleaned off. A bunch was flung into the cold intake in the hood, which I'm having trouble getting out. The same for the other areas of the truck that were buffed. The interior, while they put a service mat (paper thing) down, there was what appears to be the same material on my mat as all over the truck, watered down compound, so that has to be cleaned. Lastly, and the part I want addressed and may need your help on is the chips on the drivers side door edge. They just used touch up paint and I wanted it restored to factory like condition. I paid for a brand new truck and expect the condition to be brand new, not "touched up". Kim Housmann was great to work with. More
