Appointment Times Are Meaningless I made an appointment for my daughter to have an inspection on Tuesday, August 13th at 11:15am. I knew that she might have to wait for the inspection so I choose this location since they have a really nice waiting area. Over two hours later , she finished with her inspection. When I called to inquire about the amount of time that she was waiting. I was told that appointment time was for the consultation not the actual inspection appointment. The person I spoke to didn't apologize but had an attitude. I will go to Dobbs and sit in their waiting area all day before I ever come back to Jim Butler. More

I was recently due for an oil change within a few hundred miles and I noticed it making a strange noise on startup. I checked the oil and it barely registered on the dipstick. Over the weekend I made an appt for Monday midday. I brought it in at 7:30 Monday morning and pd for a rental. At 4;30 I was called and told that it wasn’t registering anything on the dipstick and they’d do an oil change and I could bring it back in 1000 miles and we’d check again. I have been through this since last year, and it seems to use the most between 3-5000 miles. I will bring it back, but I am very frustrated as I only have a few months left on this known problem for chevrolet to cover it. I would really like the service manager to call me! Long wait with an appointment We had appointment for 2 vehicles to have oil change and tire rotation. Waited 45 minutes before either vehicle was taken back. Many vehicles came in after me and were serviced before my vehicles. Waited 2 hours for service to be completed. What is the point in making an appointment? Only good service we received was from the service guy that made a new key for one of our trucks. Great service from him,did not have to wait long at all. And he was very nice and helpful. More
Last Minute Appointment I realized I was overdue for my oil change but I was still able to make my appointment online within just a couple of days. I worked with Kim Hausmann the day of the appointment and she reminded me I also needed to have my transmission service done as well as showing me how out of alignment my car was. I always receive excellent service and this day was no different. More
Came in for an oil change and new wipers I came in on friday the 9th with an appointment at 1pm. They told me it would take an hour or 2 for and oil change and new wipers. Totally understandable and I had no problem with that. This simple trip turned into me sitting in the waiting room for 4 hours. Finally when I was about to lose my mind I went up to the cashier's desk to find out how long my car was going to be then she charged me and sent me out to get my keys. I have no Idea how long my car had been ready for, but they sent me on my way. This was really aggravating and i really dont want to get my car serviced out there anymore More
