When doing repairs at the dealership, we are required to follow the specific repair instructions set forth by GM because we are GM Certified. Replacing the velcro strips is the designated repair for the failure of the original velcro strips. We are happy to try again if you would like us to do so! Unfortunately when making an appointment through the MyChevrolet app, we are not notified of a new appointment being made. This is a suggestion that we have made to GM as a update to the app. For specialty vehicles such as yours, we do recommend calling the dealership to make an appointment so we can inform you of possible delays.
