Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us, Lori. We're sorry to hear that you felt you were not treated with respect. We can assure you that was not our intention. As a woman working at this dealership, I can personally attest to the fact that we truly care about all of our customers equally. With regard to your warranty information, I would be happy to clear up the confusion. You have an extended warranty through Ally. All we are able to see is that you have one through Ally, and sometimes how long your warranty is active for in regards to time/mileage. In order to find out if something is covered by the warranty or not, we have to go through item by item on their website and see if it is covered. There is not an itemized list available to us of what is/is not covered. All warranty information what included in the packet of paperwork that was provided to you at the purchase of your vehicle. I have also emailed you the warranty information that we have available (from your dealership paperwork and through our Finance Department). We truly care about our customers of all ages and we're glad it showed! We understand your frustration that your vehicle was not immediately started for service, but without an appointment, your wait time would have been much longer and behind anyone else who did have an appointment. The appointments made for service are to meet with a service advisor and not for immediate start of work, although we do our best to get as close as possible to immediate start of service. We apologize that this was not communicated to you when you set the appointment. This is especially true during busy seasons such as summer time.
