Bad Bathrooms! There's only 1 small 2-stall bathroom by the waiting room, and it is shared between the customers and the whole dealer staff! (there may be one the executives use, but it is obviously off-limits to most) This creates jams and lines. On the men's side only 1 handicapped-accessible stall, which is unmarked and thus the preferred one to use for most. The 1st time I tried to use facility both were occupied with 2 waiting, both Butler employees. Since I am disabled and have trouble standing I had to go back outside to sit. I counted exits and entries until I knew a stall was available (20 minutes!). When I finally got in the stall was filthy, waste still in the bowl and paper strewn all over. It was towards the end of work day, but still! On a better note, I do find the maintenance staff helpful and competent and will continue to patronize. However, will hopefully try to "do my business" before I arrive! More restrooms and regularly-scheduled cleaning are needed! More

Very accommodating, friendly and kept me updated on repaIrs It was a Saturday and pouring rain when my thermostat went out. Made it to your dealership and Kim in service said they had no journeyman in on Saturday. But she went out to the shop and found Zach had come in but was working on a diesel repair. I told Kim I was from Indiana and had just traveled 4 hours to St. Louis when it went out. She and Zach became very accommodating and even though they did not have the part in stock but they sent someone to an auto parts store to pick one up. So in about 3 short hours they had fixed my 2017 Camaro ZL1 customized engine and away I went on my trip to Boise, Idaho. I cannot say enough praise about both Kim and Zach and how friendly and concerned they were with my problem. They both have a great attitude! More

New car I have to say this pains me to do this because I'm in the service industry myself but with that said I bought a brand new car less than 1000 miles an I have to say this pains me to do this because I'm in the service industry myself but with that said I bought a brand new car less than 1000 miles and the computer went bad 13 days into to having this vehicle took it back they had it for 3 days picked it up when it was finished noticed the back bumper had been bumped in their care and on my way to them to look at that the check engine light came on for a catylitic converter. For all the aggravation they said the would put a spoiler on for me 4 more days after me rushing them to have the car back the service writer began to tell me how much the spoiler was and that he couldn't get it done and got aggravated with me for rushing them at least seemed that way anyway I'm not an idiot the spoiler could have been painted while all the other work was getting done but instead blamed it on not having enough time I know better there was plenty of time instead excuses I'm not happy with this situation enough to possibly go to a different dealer and to top that off when a salesman sells you a car they really should tell you that the does not come a spare I do not know if I will return even for the free oil changes it came with More
