We're sorry to hear that your problem was not resolved, Ms. Vogelpohl. We certainly want to take another look at your vehicle to see if we can replicate the problem. When we tested the vehicle before, we missed the information that the problem presents specifically when it is hot. This changed how we addressed the issue. We're sorry for the miscommunication.
