I took my 2018 Chevy Cruze to b looked at for radio coming o I dropped my car off and had them look at it for radio staying on after car is off , they had my car for 3 days and didn’t find out what’s wrong. Poor customer service from upper management and GM My vehicle had been in the shop for almost 3 months and when I was suddenly told I needed to pick up right away to avoid being charged (even though th My vehicle had been in the shop for almost 3 months and when I was suddenly told I needed to pick up right away to avoid being charged (even though the vehicle hadn’t been fixed), the vehicle was dead when i arrived to pick up ,and I know it had been since the end of January. I had to return the next day after the battery had to be replaced. I accepted it after being told the dealership could only do so much and GM was no longer covering the service loaner. I reached out to Bill the director of service after I got my vehicle via email to let him know my rim was scratched and the door handle was not put back on correctly from being dead. It had been a week since my emails with no reply so I reached out to Bill Timmons with no response and again today to Bill the director. He did pick up and was short with me, cut me off when I talked, told me he had received my email, questioned me where I was with a buy back and then said he’d reach out to me when he can fix my vehicle. I’m also supposed to be receiving a few documents like my window sticker I never saw or received with the purchase of my vehicle. It’s been over a week and still not word on that or any of the other documents. I feel like I’m being singled out now and I am not being helped because I’ve experienced a lot of issues with my new vehicle, which is not my fault, and I shouldn’t be treated badly because of it. Had Bill simply replied to my email a week ago acknowledging the unresolved issues I would not be leaving this review right now. The staff working the evening I went to pick up my vehicle when it was dead was very nice and understanding. They were very apologetic for the vehicle being dead and all of the other issues. Bill Timmons and the car rental girl and the guy pulling around the vehicles were all top notch with their customer service. I changed my review to 5 stars since Jim Butler has rectified my issues with my wheel and door handle. Mike was my last service advisor and was great to work with! More

I chose not to get tires at this time, went and got second opinions who also verified that new tires were needed. Even though Jim Butler would do a price matching, I purchased tires elsewhere. More
Were very thorough in assessing the issues with my Traverse. We appreciate how thorough the mechanic was when locating the issue. The following is just a suggestion....after spending over $2,000 on repairs that of course were not covered under the extended warranty it would be such a great customer service edge to have had my car washed and vacuumed. My son-in-law works in another market and whenever customers have work done before a customer picks up the vehicle they detail it...it is something that keeps customers coming back opposed to going to a repair shop even after warranty has expired.
