We're sorry to hear that you feel this way after this long road of trying to work with you and support you in our efforts with working with GM, Amanda. As we discussed with you, the reason we recommended that you pick up your vehicle was because GM was no longer covering your rental charges while they are determining whether or not to buy back your vehicle. You were welcome to continue renting a vehicle, but it would be at charge to you. As we discussed, we are able to take care of the tire and the handle is very simple to pop back in. We're glad our team took good care of you when you came in to pick up.
