Theresa, thank you for your feedback. 2.5 hours is about the right time for getting a key fob programmed if it is new, as the programming itself takes the computer about an hour and a half. We do apologize that this wasn't communicated to you. We will work on our communication to make sure everyone has appropriate time expectations. Thank you again for your feedback. Sir, I attempted to reach out to you privately to address this situation and try to fix it. We have offered to fill up your washer fluid for you the next time you need it. The free WiFi is for 3 months OR 3GB of data. You probably reached your 3GB and that was why the service was ended. We did not block your data, it simply ran out. Additionally, we understand our customers' time is very valuable and we do apologize for the oil change & tire rotation taking 2 hours. We usually take on 80-90 service appointment per day, but with walk-in's and emergency services, we are regularly seeing 110-120 customers in service. At times, this does make our waits a bit long. We hope this clarification helps put you at ease.
