Why Schedule An Appointment I scheduled an appointment for a Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. to have my car diagnosed for a transmission noise. It was not serviced on Tuesday. It was not s I scheduled an appointment for a Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. to have my car diagnosed for a transmission noise. It was not serviced on Tuesday. It was not serviced on Wednesday. Finally, Thursday at 2:00 p.m. I received a call to tell me how much it would cost (nearlyi $4,700) to replace my transmission (a 2013 Impala with 78k miles). When I asked what exactly was wrong with the transmission, I was told that "to tear into it would really raise the cost." So, I said you really don't know what is wrong with the transmission and you want to install a whole new transmission.. I told them I will be there later today to take my car back - for which I paid $99 plus tax. I took my car to Aamco Transmission in Ballwin and received a precise diagnosis as to what was wrong and an offer to fix it for $2,300. To be fair, I will not get my car back for two more days, so I cannot comment on Aamco's fix. But, it is clear to me: Why should Butler tie-up technicians tearing-into my transmission for $2,300 when they can realtively quickly install a new one for $4,700; ( get it, but I won't be back. This is the second Impala I bought from Jim Butler, including a 2008 when they were just starting-out. More

Every time I bring my vehicle when I leave what was suppose Never satisfied always something not completely done after I leave.. tires never reset, was lied to concerning my oil pan.
