Three weeks later I hadn’t heard a word, so I called my sales consultant and my title was just sitting in a managers desk. I also took my Camaro into the service center because the leather was wrinkling on the seats, and was told GM should have a response within a few days. It took over two weeks and two messages left with the service center before the advisor finally called me to tell me GM needed more information. On top of this, I paid $250 to have nitrogen put into my tires when I took delivery, and waited an hour for a tech to do it, to learn it was never done. I have taken it back two times to have the nitrogen corrected and my tires still fluctuate 3-5 psi, so either the dealer never fully put nitro in the tires or nitro is a total waste of money. I eventually just started putting air in the tires myself. More

Quick to get checked in, but took over 2 hours to do an oil change, tire rotation, and fluids check. I did have an appointment and was one of the first appointments on the books there. Didn't resolve the entertainment console issue. Problem arose as soon as I drove off the lot. It gets tiresome being treated as if it doesn't matter.
