Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We apologize that our processes weren't explained to you. Your appointment time is set aside for you to speak with your service advisor to set a game plan for your vehicle while it's in our care. From there your vehicle waits for the next appropriate service technician. We normally quote 90 mins to 2 hours for our normal routine maintenance services, and we are glad that we were able to live up to the expectations we set for ourselves.
