I dropped my car off on Tuesday the 26th. I was notified a technician was assigned to look at the car. They did not look at until Friday the 29th. She called Thursday to say the car should be done by the end of the day. She then texted saying It would be Friday morning. I only came to Jim Butler because I could not get into Weber Chevrolet. We will not be coming back here. More

It took over 2 weeks for them to even get to my car to diagnose. Once that was completed they were upset that we could only afford to get the work that was under warranty completed by their service center diagnose. I was waiting outside in the cold for a half an hour for them to bring my vehicle up to the front. I finally went inside to ask about it and they said they figured eventually I would come back in! WTH! So rude, patronizing, and was an overall terrible experience. So not impressed with Jim Butler in Fenton. More
