Extremely long check in process. Was there over an hour, even though I had an appointment. If you have an appointment they may not look at the car for 3-5 days I was told. Been there More

From there, your vehicle waits for the next appropriate service technician, in your case, a journeyman technician. Our journeyman technicians are currently 2 days out from drop-off.
