Your service advisor remembers specifically letting you know that this would be about a 4-hour service and that you should leave your vehicle with us. We apologize for any inconvenience.

None of your reply and is true. I was told it would be a 2 hour job when making my appointment and I informed the agent when making my appointment as well as the service writer that I had no option to "leave" the vehicle as I had no other transportation or driver to carpool me. If your records indicate otherwise, then they were altered after my service or after my review posted. The service writer even mentioned that they are instructed to tell the customer 2 hours for this service even though he thought it may not take that long.
