Took GMC truck in for trailer brake service warning. Did not hear from them for first 2 days. On third day I got a list of repairs needed but none of those had to do with trailer brake. When I questioned they said could not find the error. They said they would keep checking. After 5 days I said I’m coming to pick up. I got in the truck in their parking lot and trailer brake error was on the panel. I drove it back to service door and showed them what they couldn’t find all week. Several device managers came out and we’re trying to be very helpful and convince me to bring back now that they new the code problem. I said no. Biggest issue here was those two managers knew nothing about my truck and its problems. I would have thought that if a service can’t be done and customer is not being satisfied, the service ticket would have been elevated to the managers level but they knew nothing. More

This is my second review. The first one was removed by me since they talked me into it and offered a special deal. I spent so much there that they said they would offer me a special deal if I remove the first review. Well there was no special deal. They offered me 200.00 on my car, that was not so special. No special on a new car deal either. Just words to get me to remove my first review. There was no issues with the salesperson, just the service dept manager Gene. My first review I talked about how the service was bad, communication problems. They "fixed" my car and gave it back to me after forgetting that they were driving the car back to my work and it was still not fixed. The drove the car in crappy working condition and it was like nothing was wrong. for 175.00 dollars a service hour you would expect perfect service and it done right the first time. Then it got to the point they were fixing other stuff and of course still not working properly. Then after spending all this money, it they said it was the engine and it would cost 6k to do the repair. Of course that was a no way that's going to happen. My passenger window they "fixed" they didn't fix so well too. I went to pick up my car for the last time, they left the drivers window slightly down, so the rain and anything else can get in. My car was completely dead to where a jump would not work. I never had that issue before and had to have it towed. Worst experience with a auto repair place and my mom feels bad for insisting I go to a dealership to get my car fixed by a GM dealership. I do not want any emails or phone calls. As a person on the Autistic Spectrum, I believe I was taken advantage of. I am going to take the Loss on this and just walk away. More
