I spoke over the phone with Meg McMurtry prior to even coming in, as I was discouraged from my seemingly endless and painful search for a new vehicle, and was immediately surprised and impressed by how helpful, knowledgeable, and just plain nice she was to a complete stranger. After speaking with Meg a couple more times, I came in and ended up purchasing my new car (which I LOVE) that day! Meg had everything done already when I came in and honored everything she had promised. Brandon and Ben McFarland also worked with me, and they both were amazing as well. What a wonderful staff all together! My husband and I came to Jim Butler and met with Andrew (we were referred directly to him by a mutual friend) to look at some pre-owned cars.
