I needed an oil change/tire rotation and two recall notifications on my Telluride to be addressed. The next available appointment was two weeks out, but we had a trip scheduled, so I wanted to get the notifications on my Telluride to be addressed. The next available appointment was two weeks out, but we had a trip scheduled, so I wanted to get the service done. I was told if I arrived early one morning I could hopefully be worked in. I showed up at 7:30 the next morning, and Keith arranged for my service request. Three hours later, Keith called me to notify that my car was ready to be picked up.
