Annie was very helpful through e-mail and had the car ready when I arrived for a first time I purchased a car on my own and they made it all so easy. Then Justin wrapped it all up with the financing. Overall a very smooth transaction and it was only 2 hours, which is a very short time when buying a new car. Andrew did a great job! When I took my new Optima for a test drive, he took the time to go over everything about the car and if I had additional questions, he made sure he answered them. He was very friendly and his knowledge of the car was very good. He also was very accommodating to me to make sure I was comfortable with the car. I was allowed to take the car overnight to make sure my husband and I liked it and would be happy with our purchase. I totally love, love, love my car. It is snow white pearl SXL, tinted windows, chrome sport wheels, light, soft, napa leather interior, panoramic sun roof, heated front and back seats and also cooled front seats. The ride is smooth, great gas mileage and has a great sound system! The other thing that Andrew did was he took the time to introduce me to the service department, parts department, etc. and showed me around so that whenever I had to come in, I would be comfortable with the facility. I would highly recommend Andrew and this dealership. More
