He took so much time to show us the Sorento we bought, and answer our questions. We felt that he was very honest with us. Never once did he tell us or promise something he didn't deliver on. I can't say that about some of the other dealer ships we visited. The next morning after the sale, Annie was calling (not emailing) us to see how everything was.
