My husband was looking to buy a car and Marvin (who was on his day off) helped him, Marvin was courteous and polite, did not pressure my husband and was willing to match the other prices we got. Sadly he didn't have the car we wanted in stock so we bought from somebody else. I told Marvin I would be buying a new car within a few months and to check back with me. He always did and was very polite. I finally decided to get a car and Marvin got me a deal I could not refuse. It was better than USAA pricing. I told him what I expected and he got it for me. It was a pleasure to deal with him. The finance manager was also very nice, he got us a very good rate, there were no hidden fees, no pressure to buy the extended warranty. It was a fantastic experience overall. I highly recommend them. The guys from the service department are very nice as well. I take my other Kias to Jim Butler because it's closer to home and the service is fantastic. More
