I'm from Lincoln Nebraska and started here looking for a Optima Ex. Also Omaha Nebraska and in to Iowa dealers. He took so much time to show us the Sorento we bought, and answer our questions. We felt that he was very honest with us. Never once did he tell us or promise something he didn't deliver on. I can't say that about some of the other dealer ships we visited. The next morning after the sale, Annie was calling (not emailing) us to see how everything was. This is my second time in dealing with the Jim Butler Kia crew, and was amazed that it was just as fantastic as it was last year when I almost bought the Forte Five. I had my beautiful new car the next day, and the exact financing I'd hoped for. Marvin was so nice to work with and so knowledgeable, and I truly appreciated the fact that he stayed almost two hours late yesterday (Friday, Aug. 10) to show me how to set the satellite radio and sync my Bluetooth.
