I had and oil problem with my 2020 Telluride starting in April of 2023. ( the engine was burning oil) I struggled to get anything accomplished with getting it fixed until the winter of 2023 and then Jim but April of 2023. ( the engine was burning oil) I struggled to get anything accomplished with getting it fixed until the winter of 2023 and then Jim butler had my car for 2.5 months and I just got it back May 3rd 2024 with some engine valve replacements. The next day after getting it back I noticed it had hail damage on the hood and the roof. ( there had been 2 major hail storms in the St. Louis area recently so I was not shocked). But the deal ship said NOTHING about the damage!! So strange!! Then I called and they didn’t even act shocked, barely said anything and definitely didn’t apologize!! The worst Service Ever! More
