Was very disappointed in my last appt. I had scheduled an oil change, tire rotation and a recall for my vehicle. I brought my vehicle in that morning and was asked if I was waiting and I s I had scheduled an oil change, tire rotation and a recall for my vehicle. I brought my vehicle in that morning and was asked if I was waiting and I said I had someone picking up so we could do shopping and confirmed before I left that it should take about 2 hours. After 3 hours I had not hear anything feom the dealership, so I called to find out the status. At which point, I was informed that they hadn't started on my vehicle yet because I didn't stay at the dealership. That it would have been unfair to make people waiting at the dealership wait for 3 hours, so they delayed my work. That to me is horrible customer service especially the attitude of the person on the phone acting like I was being unreasonable. It was also unfair to make me wait that long just because I had a way of running errands instead of sitting there. Furthermore, what is the point of an appointment time if you are not going to honor it. Then, when I did come back to wait (because after 3.5 hours it still wasn't done), I was informed that they did not do the recall because they had to order the part. This appointment was scheduled on February 29th with full knowledge that a recall needed to be taken care of. So why wasn't the part ordered ahead of time? And then that means I have to come back for another appointment woth another 2 hour wait. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at Jim Butler and quite possibly at any dealership. More
Everytime I go it's a long wait (with appointment). I've been waiting on several parts for a year now. No one ever knows what I'm talking about. My oil change took over 3 hours with an appointment this last week. I don’t plan on coming back to Jim butler because every time I come there is an issue with service and timeliness. I understand staffing i last week. I don’t plan on coming back to Jim butler because every time I come there is an issue with service and timeliness. It took 1 and 1/2 months to get a service appointment. Then they can’t check my check engine light because there was no tech even though it was on my appointment. So i am extremely disappointed in the way I was treated at my appointment. I do not recommend. More
