Had a 1:30 appointment and my car wasn’t even pulled into the garage until 2:30. At no point when I dropped the car off did any of he staff let me know there was a significant time delay. I came for tires and an oil change and a multi point inspection. I waited two weeks for my appointment.When I arrived the tires weren't there, or ordered. So I was asked to come back the following day. inspection. I waited two weeks for my appointment.When I arrived the tires weren't there, or ordered. So I was asked to come back the following day. it's an hour drive for me to get there. Then they replaced the air filter and did an oil change and I ended up waiting 2 1/2 hours after already waiting two weeks for my appointment. The only reason I gave two stars was because the people there are really nice. I had no problem with any employees. just long wait times and they could have made sure my tires were ready upon arrival. I wont be going back to Jim Butler KIA for basic maintenance. More
