When I arrived at the dealership, John was waiting for me out front with the car clean, AC going, ready for a test drive. What a great first impression! The car was amazing and I wasn't there for hours negotiating price. Was out the door that day with my shiny new Accord that I paid a fair price for with no sales pressure from John Panetta. I highly recommend Jim Coleman Honda to anyone else looking for the same type of car buying experience- easy! More

He took the time to get to know me and tailored his recommendations to fit my lifestyle. He wasn't pushy and I didn't feel taken advantage of at any point. I didn't feel like he was trying to sell me the priciest car or force me to buy extra features I didn't need. In fact, I ended up spending less than my budget. I was quite distraught when I had to bring my car in to have Honda help me locate my lost wedding ring. I was greeted by Richard who was very friendly and extremely helpful. I was called immediately by the service technician, Steve Price, and then I received a follow-up call from the service consultant, Richard Berger. Not only did they find my ring, they did not charge a cent! I would have thought after all of the labor it was going to cost me. I will vow to take my car to Jim Coleman Honda for now on.
