Sales staff wore masks and chairs were set up a safe distance from the sales desk. Cleaning staff were apparent. It was clear they had given considerable thought to best practices and were following the CDC guidelines. Liliana was very accommodating and took her time explaining all the workings of the controls. This was much appreciated since this car was very different from my trade in. The trade price was fair and they were willing to negotiate the sale without a ton of haggling found at many dealerships.
