I advised Harold that I didn't have much time but he insisted he would have me in and out under 2 hours. I went to the dealership and was greeted by Godwin. He notified Harold and within minutes I was in the first of 2 vehicles Harold had picked out based on our conversation the day before - cut down the "search" time altogether! Godwin was extremely patient and helpful. He gave great advice - helped me choose a vehicle that fit my needs without pressuring me at all. Harold went above and beyond to make sure I was approved for the loan. I have dealt with many dealerships and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. Definitely recommending to others!! The only drawback, which was not within their control, was the excessive amount of time it took to get the car through the cleaning and preparation process. It was a lengthy ordeal -- taking nearly 2 hours to complete. Even with that problem, we had a exceptional experience and would not hesitate to return to Coleman Toyota for our future purchases. This is significant given the fact that the dealership is more than an hour (one way) from our home!
