Ketih Paton, my salesperson, is an incredibly nice guy who has two young children; Patrick Coleman, the manager, is Jim Coleman's son -- who worked his way up from a mechanic, through fiance, to Internet sales -- and is very respected by everyone there; Brian Brooks gave me a 2-3 hour demonstration of all the fantastic features of the new generation Prius, which is much better than the 2004 I had; Tim Duncan, head of finance gave me a great interest rate; Tim's brother, John Duncan, head of the service Blue Team has been the most wonderful auto service person I've ever dealt with, always telling me what I should get done and, more importantly, what I don't need to get done. I recommend this dealership very highly, especially all of the people I have personally worked with. More

After 6 months of searching I found the perfect car, a Rav4 Limited with only 6k miles on it, for the same price as similarly equipped Rav4s I'd driven with 45k miles. In other dealers they try to get you into finance as quickly as possible, as if I can't walk out of finance just as easily as I can walk out of the showroom. Here, Ben presented everything to me before we went in, from my monthly payment to how much warranties and gap insurance would add. It took a little while to get into finance but it was a busy Saturday afternoon so that was understandable. I was in there for about ten minutes and then my car was ready. I've been to a lot of dealers and this one was the most professional, with the best price and really no pressure at all. I would definitely come back again. More
